Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution if the mistake is on our side.
